Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

We are using "Write Additional Information to JDE Cache" - B0800018 BSFN to capture the employee master history tracking.

But for one of the DD item (P019), the effective date and change reason code values are coming as blank.

It would be great if anyone could let me know the reason behind it.

For other DD items history is getting captured accurately in F08042.
