iRecruitment - Select multiple Job Categories from a list only with the keyboard

Hello,

Cannot select multiple Job categories from a list using keyboard; this functionality is intended for the Screen Reader users - mouse shouldn't be involved. Is there any workaround for this issue? Find the attachment for the list of Job category.
