When can we expect ODAC OUI 19.x 32bit?

We are seeing discrepancies with ODAC OUI and ODAC Xcopy

The XCOPY version does not install the ODBC drivers

We wish to install 19.3 drivers with OLEDB and ODBC for 32bit clients.

Only the ODAC OUI 18.3 version does this.

I can get both OLEDB and ODBC 19.3 working by using XCOPY and an old 19.3 instant client installation but given only 19.5 instant client can now be officially downloaded I would not recommend this to anyone else.

Any advice?
