Group By 4 report columns/ Hide 0's

Hello All,

I have a report that generates data for 5 years comparison from GL balances table, and it brings data in two ROWS one of budget lines and one for actual lines.  I need to show them in one line.  Is there a way to add repeating group with multiple report columns?

Also need to suppress 0's within template.
