Does anyone use dataload ( DataLoad Professional: Oracle E-Business Suite Forms & Self Service DataLoader )

to load Work Orders in to Oracle R12.1.3.

We are facing an issue where the play does not open discrete jobs form and just stop there.

It works fine TEST and used to work until last in Prod. Now suddenly it does not play in Prod.

No changes / configuration changes in Prod.

How to debug the issue?

Please advise.
