How to define Overhead Cost in Work Order

Hi all,

we have some problem about how to show a Overhead Cost in Work Order, The goal is the Actual Cost for Overhead is defined.

This our Work Order

And This the Estimated Cost of Overhead Cost

from the picture above, the estimated cost for Overhead still 0.00,does anyone here know about to define Overhead Cost ? U`re Help Should be great for Us.
