Is there a way to migrate partitioned index organized table online?

Hi, 

With 12.1.0.2 we can move partitions online and with 12.2.0.1 we can migrate Tables online with one of the exceptions being Index Organized Tables ( IOT).  Is there an option to migrate those online ( online index rebuild?)?  We have a large tablespace we are trying to break down into multiple smaller ones ( a developer created these before i was brought in), however our production applications have very little to no downtime with which to offline rebuild. Is there any way to migrate these tables online to a new tablespace?
