how does intercompany eliminate the creation of manual PO and SO at factory facing OU.

Hi,

we are currently creating manual PO and 2 orders one in selling org and one in shipping org and shipping items to customers directly from shipping org.

Can anyone tell by implementing Intercompany can eliminate the manual creation of PO and SO at factory facing OU.
