TFA scheduler is not running

I installed AHF VERSION: 19.3.2 and since that i'm not able to use tfactl as it says

in "/etc/init.d/" there is no tfa service only the below

How can i start TFA Schedler ??

Is my installation missing the service ?

I'm installing on 2 nodes Rac.

AHF - Autonomous Health Framework (TFA - ORACHK) (MOSC)
