Deprecation of Hybrid Cloud Discovery on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure – Classic (OCI-C)

Hello Everyone,

This is to announce that we are deprecating Hybrid Cloud Discovery on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure - Classic (OCI-C).

This applies to Enterprise Manager for Oracle Database.

What is being deprecated?
Enterprise Manager Hybrid Cloud Setup Console allowed users to discover all Database instances running in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Classic identity domain using single console.

Impact

With next release of Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c, the console to discover all Database instances running in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Classic identity domain will no longer be available in the product.

What is the replacement or workaround

Hybrid Cloud Setup Console will be updated to discover all Database instances running in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
