Ratecodes for Non Productive Pay
The way we have our Compensation Rate Codes / Earnings Codes set up, when an associate is paid for what we consider 'non productive' pay, such as PTO, they are being paid their full hourly rate plus their 'add on rate' for those hours. We want to be able to differentiate and have what we consider 'non productive' earnings codes to only pay their base NAHRLY rate. Does anyone have any guidance on where this is set up / associated so I can update our configuration?
So far, I was reviewing the below link, but am not quite putting the pieces together on where the association is made as to which rate code to use on which earnings code?
