Approval workflow with price list

Hello Oracle people,

I am going to introduce advanced pricing to one of our client.

They have a big concern to this module.

They asked me why oracle do not approval workflow whenever there is a change in price list?

They asked me why Oracle did not cater for this functionality.

Any specific reason for this.

I have a presentation and will need to answer this question
