Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. we have outbound web service

request out from siebel as below

<MakerStamp xmlns="">2020-01-27</MakerStamp><ModeNumber xmlns=""></ModeNumber>

we have an issue as Middlware need (ModeNumber) parameter to be as following (<ModeNumber xsi:nil="true"/>)

is there any way to customize outbound request from siebel?
