Error Encountered While Trying to Deploy HFM to IIS 10

Good day everyone,

We are currently trying to install and configure Hyperion 11.1.2.3 in Windows Server 2016. This is because our company is pushing us to leave Windows Server 2008 behind and move to Windows Server 2016 since last year. Now, I am currently building a test server to check if our Hyperion 11.1.2.3 will actually work in Windows 2016 - since it's not a certified OS for any Hyperion version.

Anyway, I was able to install all our products without any issue. However during the configuration phase, any task that includes "Deploy to Web Server", gives me the following error:

     Failed to navigate from ProductTaskSelectionState: IIS "Default Web Site" does not exist and configuration of IIS product will fail! Please create "Default Web Site" or unselect configuration tasks for IIS products. See logs for more det
