AIS in a clustered environment

Hi folks

Has anyone implemented AIS/JAS in a HA clustered environment with a load balancer in front of it?  If so, can you share any recommendations / lessons learned? We are currently on Tools Release 9.2.32 but are planning to upgrade to 9.2.4.2 very soon.
