Data Management - "Invalid Data" rows not showing

I am using cloud data management to import data file to EPBCS application. For account and entity segments, like mapping is defined in the system. I have created a "test account" and "test entity" in the data load file for account and entity respectively. The aforementioned test members does not exist in the EPBCS application.

As per my understanding, the rows for the test members should appear under the "Invalid" selection of the data load work bench as these members does not exist in EPBCS. Also, these rows should be ignored while exporting the data to EPBCS application, however these are appearing under the "valid" section and the data load is failing as these members does not exist in the epbcs.
