What is Your Process of Correcting a Posted Requisition
Would like to know what is your company's process of correcting details of a requisition (location, job title, supervisor, etc.) that is already posted?
We often run into issues where the Business changes their mind after a req has already been posted. And so recruiter manually overwrites offer letter created by system to reflect the change, causing discrepancies between req details and offer letter.
