Not able to execute attach_metadata.bat after upgrading oracle database 11g to 12c

Hi,

We have successfully executed detach_metadata.bat and detach_planner.bat before upgrading database version on Deployment server. After suucessful DB upgrade, we are not able to execute attach_metadata.bat by using below command :

\JDEdwards\E910\Planner\data\attach_metadata.bat \JDEdwards\E910 DEFAULT

The command prompt directly comes to new command line. Nothing hapeens. No log file generated after executing this command.

We have tried by opening the Command prompt by 'Run as administrator', but it didnt work.
