Customer interface - create sites using existing addresses

Hi

We have the following requirement:  we have a new OU and want to load customer sites, where the customer header and address already exists in Oracle (created in another OU).

We know how to do it manually (by clicking Create Site and selecting an existing address).  Can we do the same via the Customer Interface?
