Is there any flag or field at task or expenditure level that shows task or expenditure is capitalize

I have a scenario where I have identify capitalized or is capitalizable task or expenditure level. It wolud be helpful to know if there are any flag or fields that shows task or expenditure is capitalized or is capitalizable ?
