we are facing issue while raising purchase order (Budgetary control)

while raising a purchase order we are facing below error. Could you please suggest.

not correspond to the effective date range of any application accounting definitions assigned to the subledger accounting method.  Please assign an application accounting definition to the subledger accounting method or update the effective date range of any application accounting definitions contained in the subledger accounting method"
