PDF Overflow templates - Tax Update 20 A

Were there actual PDF Overflow templates ( BI Publisher) delivered with Tax Update 20 A? We noticed that there are SQR changes on DDP003 and PAY003, but did not find any templates redelivered related to the Bug ID:30269018. Could  you please confirm if we are missing anything?
