Finding Demand ID field (DEID) in P4210 or P42101

Using 9.2.  My xref says that I should see DEID in P4210 forms A and B. 

Form B is Additional Info 2 and I see the Demand Section, but it only displays Pull Signal, Release Date, Release Time and Release Number.

Form A is Detail Revisions and I don't see it there at all.

I'd like to get users to be aware of this number in their sales orders if it is indeed there.  We use P42101 but I would take it in either one.  Is this a setting somewhere that maybe we haven't turned on?
