How do I enter the MOS to download Service Request tables?

Currently, we want to access the MOS website (https://support.oracle.com) and automatically download the Service Request (SR) that are open.

We have an application (Power BI Microsoft), which connects to the web pages and downloads any available information (tables, etc)

I am currently entering the page (https://support.oracle.com) with my username and password through Power Bi and it shows me the following error of bad credentials.

Do you know if there is a way to download information from the MOS, using this type of connection?
