Blanket PO price getting inflated upon delivery of consigned inventory

Hi ,

We  are on 12.2.6 and testing consigned inventory feature.We noticed that if the price on the blanket agreement is say $10 , when we do a implicit consumption transaction like misc issue from the consigned subinventory or an explicit consumption transaction (transfer to regular), the accounting is happening at 10+some factor say for instance 0.725.We are unable to figure out where this factor is coming for.This  is only happening for the consignment flow and not for regular transactions.

Would anyone please have any ideas what we should check?
