Hi

We are working with a legacy system and we need to use the trip_id from the ship confirmed order to create a route but we are facing an issue when attempt to use the business event 'oracle.apps.wsh.trip.gen.ultimatedropoffstopclosed'

We have 2 examples for 2 orders, both orders are ship confirmed successfully but 1 of them has assigned the ship method and carrier at the Path by Trip form level and the other one doesn't.

The one with the ship method assigned at the trip stop form wasn't processed by the Business Event, the other one without ship method does. is this standar functionallity?
