Intermittent Issue with Back Orders - SOBK updates to SOQS with no inventory on hand

Hi there, we are experiencing an intermittent Issue with Back Orders, but cannot replicate at will.

The issue we are experiencing is on some sales transfers between regions, where when the order is left overnight, backordered values are moved from SOBK (quantity backordered) to SOQS (quantity shipped) even though there is no inventory on hand or received. It is occurring in all branches and all follow the same business process. I have confirmed the same versions of UBEs have been used in all cases.

This is the daily business process:

  1. Sales Order (ST) is created for branch transfer for multiple items

Howdy, Stranger!
