19c latest release?

I have an oracle support account yet I can't find the latest 19c release because their interface is so convoluted and recoiled. No, I don't want to open a support ticket for that.. it's waste of time. This is basic stuff

I've been using oracle for many years and patching and upgrading and somehow I can find it latest release of 19c. I heard it was release 4???

How (not where) how can I find this out from their support site?

Oracle needs to catch up, I'm getting tiered of their shenanigans
