19C db After reboot: ERROR: Shared memory area is accessible to instance startup process

We applied the January 2020 PSU patches on the 29th to the 19c database hosting our Cloud 13c and rebooted everything on the 30th.  During startup the database registered this error in the alert log. Startup completed normally.  No incident folder was created and no other errors have been since.
