Any critical known bugs we should be aware of when migrating to 19c (aka 12.2.0.3)?

We are preparing to move to Oracle 19c, also known as 12.2.0.3.  As part of our due diligence, we want to reach out to see what critical or annoying bugs others have faced or any other hints/suggestions others may have with the experience.  We are currently on 12.2.0.1.
