Time and Labor Day Light Savings Time Payable Time Issue
We are a 24 hour five time zone (EST, CST, MST, MSTA, PST) company. We have challenges in March and November when the clocks change. Our server time is EST which represents HQ. When the time changes, employees in EST are mainly handled appropriately (a very small group of oddities). CST employees are generally correct but the volume of ones we have to review is greater than EST. The issue comes with the other three time zones since both Saturday and Sunday is impacted due to when the clocks change for EST and then change for the local time zone.
