For CA employers, do you have any issues with the data that appears on the PS delivered paystubs?
Wanted to know if anyone had to customize the PS paystub relative to the following:
1) Total Hour Worked
2) How the rates (FLSA vs. Hourly) appear on the overtime rows in the earnings section
3) State Sick Balances
4) Or any other data item.
Also, when paying hours from a previous pay period that were missed, do you pay them on a separate off-cycle check or do you pay them with the next on-cycle.
For final check when someone terminates, how do you handle paying the employees on time and providing an appropriate paystub when your payroll department is in a different state.
