Database characterset Migration to Unicode(AL32UTF8)

Hi Everyone,

I am Planning to convert oracle people soft databases(FMS and HCM) to Unicode Character set.I have few questions related to it.

current characterset : WE8ISO8859P15

Target characterset: AL32UTF8

DB version: 18c

1. Do peoplesoft databases support unicode DB characterset i.e AL32UTF8 conversion?

2. Are there any specific/additional steps relevant to peoplesoft databases to convert to unicode i.e AL32UTF8?

3. current national DB characterset is (NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET ) is UTF8 ...does it need to be AL16UTF16 for DB characterset conversion?

4. current DB characterset is WE8ISO8859P15...Does it qualify to convert to AL32UTF8?
