Does anyone have advice as to whether JDE should control picking or whether the 3rd party software s

As the example I have here, the 3rd party software is an integration for the load/shipments, and this software then provides the service of communication with the carriers re the vehicles assigned to ensure that the truck turns up when required, very similar to the carrier communication functions included in OTM.  When the vehicle arrives on site (my client ships large heavy items) the software is able to direct the picking process, as the integration of the load/shipment includes the item information for this.  When the vehicle delivers the details are captured and then integrated back to the source system.

Howdy, Stranger!
