Problem with a grid

Hello,

The developers have some problems, when add a column in a grid an lauch the applicación, one of them see this message (he saw the message in spanish)

WEB CLIENT EXCEPTION ERROR

An exception has been caught by the Web client. Please contact your system administrator. See log for details, Exception Id = Exception_date_USER_NAME 6

I told him that give the log, he send me the jdedebug.log, but the file didn't content any information.

And the other developer did the same, add a column in a grid, and when he lauch the application, it didn't do anything.
