How to create a values in drop down list in Webadi template

Hi Team,

Version: R12.1.3

As per client requirement, Business wants to select the value from drop down list (Not List of values) in template while uploading the data, so we have created one custom webadi template with required details.Please let me know,how to create the drop down list in webadi template.
