RPAS Upgrade from version 13.4.3.25 to 16.0.3.x

Hi,

Our application is on RPAS version 13.4.3.25 with custom java classes(jdk 1.6) and we are planning to upgrade the application to version 16.0.3.x directly. Can anyone let me know if it is feasible to directly hop to version 16 or do we have to do it in parts? Eg- From version 13 to 14 and then from 14 to 16.

Can anyone also provide the upgrade procedure or link for the same?
