iSupport R12.1.3 : Register Link not opening page to register i support users

Hi Friends,

I am able to open the Guest user i-Support home page with => https://abdefgv.globalerp.testsite.com:12345/OA_HTML/ibuhpage.jsp

When I click in Register link/url getting the Application Error Message:

The application is currently not available or an unexpected error has occured. Please try again later. If this message persists, please contact the system administrator.

I checked the page view source code and found the Error Message: JavaScript is disabled on your browser. JavaScript needs to be turned on for the application to be fully functional.

I checked in Google for above message and enabled the scripting as per below steps; But still i am not able to open the Register page.
