Download is allowed only for Attachments uploaded by Oracle Employees
Update from customer on SR 3-22208515051:
Customer is presented with a message "Download is allowed only for Attachments uploaded by Oracle Employees". Why is this? There are many times when an SR has been open for months and I am asked to retest the issue. I VERY often refer back to the original documentation I loaded to the SR. After so many months and with quite a few SRs it's difficult to remember all of the steps to replicate the issue.
What is the purpose of not allowing a customer to view their own documents? I can most surely understand not being able to delete them, but not see them is something I cannot understand.
