ePerformance Performance document creation process not sending emails

Hello,

For creating ePerformance document we are runnign EP_MGRDOC AE process to batch create performance documents. This process supposed to send email to employees to notify on the performance document creation but sounds like no emails sent. Based on Doc ID MOS, we reviewed all the setup related SMTP, EP_NOTIFY_BATCH access and everything seems to be ok. However email notifications are not sent. Is there any bug with ePerformance email notification process? We are on HCM 9.2 PT 8.55 Image 30. Appreciate for the help on this
