ar_receipt_api_pub.REVERSE API is not returning appropriate error messages

Hi,

Initially ar_receipt_api_pub.REVERSE API is errored and not returned any error messages.

All we got is, Error count is 0 and Error message is NULL.

As per suggested oracle notes,

AR_RECEIPT_API_PUB.REVERSE API Ends in Error Without Any Message (Doc ID 2059040.1)

We have Applied the patch#20625046 and tested the reversal process.

This time, we are getting following vague message.

Return status :E

Error Count :1
