How do I identify the code when SQL ID is null and SQL command is UNKNOWN?

We are running Oracle Server Enterprise Edition 11.2.0.3.7 on AIX 7.1.

Our third-party software provider supplied us with a patch to add functionality to their application. We installed the patch and immediately saw a significant increase in waits in the category, "SQL*Net more data from client" in the Oracle sessions of the user executing the new code. I used the OEM 12c Console to look at the details of the sessions experiencing these waits. The Activity tab of OEM screen Session Details shows multiple detail lines, each listing a separate SQL statement. The topmost detail line is for the statement experiencing wait, "SQL*Net more data from client". On that line, column
