Miscellaneous transactions for consigned inventory not generating accounting from expense subinvento

Hello.

We are on 12.2.6 and testing the consigned inventory functionality.We plan to use the consigned inventory feature for expense items but since items have to be defined as asset items in Oracle for the consigned inventory process to work  we are using an expense subinventory(asset flag unchecked) designated to hold the consigned material and not defining any costs for the items(they will have a default of 0$ frozen cost).

We receive PO with the material in this subinventory and then to consume the material we are doing a misc issue to an expense account(to expense the material).This misc issue transaction creates  a transfer to regular transaction with accounting as Dr Exp account of the subinv
