Succession 360 - What Happened?

Does anyone know what happened with Succession 360?  You used to be able to Compare to Role for all content types / items (education, licenses, competencies, configured content, etc.)?  Working in 9.2 PUM 31 and it appears that all you can do know is competencies ...

Why did we go backwards with functionality???
