Deprecation of Oracle Workspace Manager and Reorganize Objects in Enterprise Manager

Hello Everyone,

This is to announce the deprecation of EM support for ‘Oracle Workspace Manager’ and ‘Reorganize Objects’ in EM

This applies to Enterprise Manager for Oracle Database

What is being deprecated?  

Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c support for:

    • Oracle Workspace Manager
    • Reorganize Objects

Impact

With next release of Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c, the features of ‘Oracle Workspace Manager’ and ‘Reorganize Objects’ will no longer be available in Enterprise Manager.

What is the replacement or workaround?

Customers can access these features through PL/SQL API.
