New Zookeeper .cfg settings

in Siebel System Admin, Install and Upgrade (MOSC) Question

Hi All,

We just found out about these settings and this issue late last week as part of a very large Siebel 19.11 go live.

Siebel Server Object Manager Availability Is Not Properly Reflected To Zookeeper, Server Is Busy Error Is Returned Upon Server Startup (Doc ID 2618371.1)
