Error: [INS-44002] The Oracle home location contains directories or files on following remote nodes:

Installing 19.3.0.0 Grid on a 2 node cluster.

All the prelim tests check out. Cluster verify comes out clean.
Linux 7.x

I am on the "specify Installation Location.
Oracle base: /u01/app/oracle
Grid software location is /u01/app/grid/19.3.0.0

Installation complains with this:

[INS-44002] The Oracle home location contains directories or files on following remote nodes:

[cbigdc-xxxxxxxxx].

These nodes will be ignored and not participate in the configured Grid Infrastructure.odes

I checked both nodes /u01/app/oracle/

They are empty. 

Not sure what else to check.
Google is no help.

Any suggestions?
