Creating Subscription Agreement for Intangible item from OM.

When we are trying to enter Subscription item on SO line with details like Subscription template, Duration etc. and save or book the SO, Fields - Service duration/Start date etc gets wiped off and So is not booked.

Any pointers on what could be the issue here?
