webdev feature silent

HI all,

There is this doc with some confusing information : (Doc ID 2120542.1)

After it says webdev feature WLSH4A cannot be installed silent, there is a note with adding silent install parameters to the webdev feature in the full package.

However, I;ve tested that and It does not seem to add the Parameters!!

Can you please clarify this?

Why the Parameters are not passed in the feature?
