database instance on only on 2 of 4 node RAC

Hi, I have a 4 node rack cluster and I want to run a database instance only on 2 of its nodes 4 nodes. Even on a failure this should not move across to undesignated nodes. Is this possible in Oracle RAC 12c?

Grid and Database version - 12.2.0.1.0

Oracle Linux - Oracle Linux 6.8

Kernel - LINUX X86-64 OELRHEL 7 4.1.12-124.24.3.el7uek.x86_64

Number of Nodes - 4

ASM instances - 1

Cluster - 1
